These terms govern your use of software and websites provided by 18119228 Canada Inc. (operating as TriByte Labs), including the SnapPage Pro browser extension.
A SnapPage Pro license is a one-time purchase that grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Pro features of the extension. One license is intended for one person; you may use it on the browsers you personally use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share license keys.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. If SnapPage Pro does not work for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase at [email protected] for a full refund.
You are responsible for what you capture and how you use it. Do not use the software to infringe copyright, violate privacy laws, or capture content you are not permitted to record.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 18119228 Canada Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the latest version always lives at this page. Material changes will be noted by updating the date above.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
